Yes.

An item in a resident's unit needs repair. How do they get help?

Put a work order in the online resident portal, or call the office!

What maintenance is a resident responsible for? (i.e. changing fire alarm battery/changing lightbulbs/etc.)

Changing light bulbs, air filters, smoke alarm batteries, maintaining plumbing, and the working order of appliances.

Do you have emergency maintenance?

We have on-call emergency maintenance 24/7.

Does your property offer on-site parking?

Yes.

Is your property parking free or paid?

Paid.

Is your property pet-friendly?

No.

Do you offer furnished units?

Yes - all units come fully furnished.

What are some of the community amenities avaliable at Catalyst?

The property has a beach entry pool, 2-story fitness center, Cyber Cafe, private study rooms, and a sun-deck. 

Which utilities are included in my rent?

Internet/cable, water, sewage, & garbage.

Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes.

Is your property smoke-friendly?

No. 

What is an Individual Lease?

Individual leases- each leaseholder is only responsible for their assigned bedroom with shared responsibility of the common area, each resident pays individual rent with no liability for another's share of rent. 
 

What does Roommate Matching entail?

Roommate Matching - in the event that someone signs an individual lease and does not fill a unit we will use the personal survey provided in the application packet to find them a suitable match of roommate.

How long does it take for an application to be approved?

A prospect can typically complete the leasing process in one day, however, screening may take up to 48 hours.

What are my options for paying my rent?

Through our online payment portal using a credit card or eCheck, or via money orders or checks.
